Quit Smoking For Good

So many smokers are “yo-yo” quitters. You’ve probably heard of “yo-yo” dieters. These are people who lose a bunch of weight, then put it back on, then lose it again. They go up and down the scale just like a yo-yo. There are also people who quit smoking for a few weeks or a few months (and some even quit smoking for a few years), only to start smoking again. Then they smoke for a while, then quit smoking again, and the process starts all over.
